It's been a beautiful eclipse portal for the month of March. This Bacalar retreat was one of the many great moments during this month that I'm holding gratitude for 💓 After a lot of shadow work/menopause times I can truly feel the joy for the many magical moments that life has to offer, as well as enjoying the basic moments in life. I am truly thankful, but always staying centered and co creating with the universe ✨️

I am excited to be offering my ancestral sound healing and drum journey at Ital life wellness! Next week Friday night ❤️ This class will incorporate some grounding qigong movement, intention setting, oracle cards, journaling and optional sharing This space creates time to prepare, connect, enjoy, feel, integrate and more!

This weekend last minute One spot available for a 2 person training! This two day training includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. 🌀 Day one is from 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday 02-22 Where you learn the standard Reiki session hand positions and the Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field. Then both give and receive a complete a complete Reiki session for self and others. 🌀 Day two is from 10 am until 5 pm on Sunday 02-23 During the second day you are taught the Hayashi Healing Guide, Reiki II symbols: How to draw, activate and use them. Their many uses are explained and their inner meaning is discussed. You will also learn how to use Reiki to heal unwanted habits and how to preform a distant healing. You will receive your placements/attunements for Reiki level I & II Placements In this class attunements are called Placements. Placements are done differently than attunements, but have been developed to provide more effective healing energy and to empower the symbols with greater energy and effectiveness. The Placements make use of Holy Fire® energy which is why they are more effective. However, the standard Usui Reiki II symbols are used in this class. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time In the process of learning to be a healer, we'll be practicing on each other and receive healing as well. This is a wonderful class for the beginner and is also valuable for those who have already taken Reiki training. We're going to have a great time and I look forward to seeing you in class.
