This Sound Healing takes you into an altered theta state allowing you to let go of the every day tasks while dipping into the subconscious. Welcoming in a deeper level of energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual healing (No experience needed)
This session begins with an Introduction, explanation of what to expect, answering of any questions, Intention setting & traditional sage smudge.
We begin the journey with :
Some qigong energy movement
Grounding and connecting with spirit and an herbal cleanse
Intention setting
Lying down comfortably
A guided calming Reiki energy clearing meditation
Crystal Bowl, Tibetan bowl Sounds
Toning & Soul Language (vocal toning sounds that speak to your soul helping you to free the mind and allowing you to delve deeper into the subconscious for deeper emotional, mental, spiritual and physical healing)
Drum Journey taking you to inner landscapes for deeper healing with the elements, animal spirits, elders & guides
We finish the session with a Oracle cards and optional personal share of experience

A drum journey is a guided journey with the rhythmic sounds of the drum, rattle and song.
These repetitive sounds creates a theta state where you are more able to access your own subconscious mind.
The journey takes you from the ordinary world to the non ordinary where you can travel to inner landscapes. I take you on a guided journey in different landscapes for ancestral connection, connection to the healing energies of the elements and more!
Each session will be individually catered to each client or the group.

With all sessions, workshops & classes, these can also be available if you are running a special event, party, retreats, corporate events.
