What is Native Reiki Sound Healing?
It is a type of healing where I incorporate my native heritage and ancestral wisdom with Reiki this means I work with the healing energies of the earth, the sun, the moon, the stars and the beloved ancestral spirit realm for blessings, healing and guidance alongside Holy Fire Reiki.
Benefits of this session is deep relaxation, feeling lighter, nervous system reset, energy clearing. (Options to work on inner child healing and ancestral healing.)

Reiki & Native healing energies (working with the light energies of the earth, the sun, the moon and the stars)
Toning & Soul Language (vocal toning sounds that speak to your soul helping you to free the mind and allowing you to delve deeper into the subconscious for deeper emotional, mental, spiritual and physical healing)
Crystal Bowl,Tibetan bowl, rattle & drum Sounds

Ancestral song & sound healing Journey
A powerful healing and transcendent class. Fully receiving and letting Go, connecting with self, and your own subtle energies.
Lying comfortably on the floor ready to receive this class is usually 90 minute then adding some time to integrate, journal and share. Beginning with a Reiki infused guided meditation, followed by a beautiful Crystal bowl sound bath, transitioning to the guided healing drum Journey.
Through a guided meditation and drum journey you travel to other realms, connecting to your own awareness, healing energy or spirit guidance.
This drum Journey and sound bath brings more sacredness and ceremony into your life. Which in turn brings more connection to self and nature.

INCLUDES - set up/introduction/explanation/intention setting/movement & breath release (short qigong movements to the energy movement, release stagnant energy and clear energy) /one hour sound session/ tarot card pull and personal shares (optional)
